If you receive a damaged item, the wrong item, or a product that does not match what is displayed on our website, you may request a product return.

Product returns are allowed within 7 days from the date the product is received. Returns will not be accepted if the claim is made after 7 days.

Product Return Requirements:

  2. Provide photos of the product and describe the issue in detail

  3. Send the product back to the address provided by our Customer Service

  4. Send us the transfer receipt or shipping proof

  5. We will immediately send a replacement product

If the item you purchased is out of stock, we will refund 100% of your payment with no deductions.
